Product Introduction

Vertical grinding mills are large-scale, advanced, efficient, and energy-saving grinding products that integrate grinding, grading, drying, and conveying. They possess independent intellectual property rights, and their core technologies and economic indicators have reached international advanced levels. They are widely used in industries such as cement, building materials, coal energy, iron and steel metallurgy, non-metallic minerals, and power.

Working principle

The main motor drives the grinding disc to rotate via a reducer, and the fixed grinding rollers rotate along the grinding disc's raceway. The material falls from the feed inlet into the center of the grinding disc. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves uniformly from the center of the grinding disc to the edge. When passing through the grinding raceway, it is crushed by the grinding rollers. The grinding force is provided by the hydraulic loading system. Large pieces of material are directly crushed, while fine particles are compressed to form a material bed for intergranular crushing.
