Processing Materials

The ball mill can wet or dry grind ores and other materials, such as gold ore, copper ore, iron ore, quartz, calcite, feldspar and more than 200 kinds of ore materials. The output particle size can be adjusted within 0.075-0.4mm. It has the characteristics of high grinding efficiency, fine particle size, strong adaptability and large output.

Processing Materials

Working Principle

The material enters the first silo of the mill uniformly through the feeding hollow shaft. The silo has a stepped lining or corrugated lining, which contains various specifications of steel balls. The rotation of the cylinder produces centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain level. After falling down at a high level, it has a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material. After the material reaches rough grinding in the first silo, it enters the second silo through a single-layer partition board. The silo is set with a flat lining plate and contains steel balls to grind the material further. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
